#800: E-mails sent by GLPI use UTF-8 but don't say so in the headers

E-mails sent by GLPI use the UTF-8 character set, but the headers of the
e-mails don't say it in the Content-Type: field.
This leads to the messages being wrongly displayed if the default charset
of the mailer is not UTF-8.
It should be easy to fix although I have no clue about the GLPI source
code, I'm just an indirect user of GLPI because my lab uses it.
