#805: Add a 'sync' feature between GLPI account and LDAP

Sometime (expecially starting up a GLPI installation, or if you have to
print out labels/stickers for devices as me) could be usefoul to force a
sync between the glpi account repository and the LDAP user.
Normally the sync are done on per-user basis when user login, but if you
have to print stickers you cannot ask your userbase 'please login', and
insert 100+ user infos is a boring task. ;)
