 As pointed out here: http://glpi-project.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=4749
 And I quote:
 ----
I have noticed that aside from the initial import of data, GLPI doesn't
seem to pick up on new software installs etc. I'm not exactly sure what
gets syched - but as I've said, it would be nice if the software managment
would be more automated (that is, if OCSNG sees a new install, GLPI
automatically asigns a license either from to buy, or from a pool
specified per software, and likewise if the software is gone on the next
inventory, GLPI uninstalls it from that machine and readds it to the
 license pool).
 ----
As part of this, it would be nice if there was a log of these auto
changes, and a couple reports that could be generated like uninstalls over
 timeframe etc.

Another thing that comes to mind is how this would handle new machines in
OCSNG that use the same host name.
