In very rare cases, OCS agent doesn't get the network cards. The ip
address, however, is still present and correct in the IPADDR field of the
hardware table.
In the GLPI rules engine, if ip address is a criteria, we should check ip
adress from network card and then, it's ip is not provided, get the value
in the IPADDR field
