New description:
- Notification to admin if mailbox couldn't be check
(notification en cas d'impossibilité de se connecter à la mailbox, prévoir
un nombre d'éssais avant notification ?)
- for non-insertable mail (bad mail) : delete the mail and forward it to
the original sender (it's better to have a clean mail box)
DONE - Create a ticket in GLPI only if the deleting operation succed when
checking the mailbox
-> to avoid doublon
DONE - Add a limit to collected email for each connection to a mailbox
