Need to protect some entries like MAIL / HELPDESK
Mix database and fixed items (set default autoincrement value).
Will make difficult join in requests : choice to do
- Add Default values to DB but some values must not be editable
- Make standard opening system in another field : MAIL / HELPDESK to know
how the ticket is open (uneditable field) maybe be also used for followup
