New description:
Proposal : use personnal reminder. Need to add recurrent system
Would be a very useful feature to be able to add recurrent event to
pianification, so i can add a intervention that happens every, eg, two
years.
I think that could suffice also a flag (and a date field) when closing
that, if checked, simply close the intervention and open another one on
specified date.
