Hi,
In my opinion is not necesary to change the UTF-8
instead of ISO-8859-1 because usualy we don't use the
the "special characters" for example:
- [ª] U+015E Ş LATIN CAPITAL LETTER S WITH
CEDILLA
- [º] U+015F ş LATIN SMALL LETTER S WITH -
CEDILLA
- [Þ] U+0162 Ţ LATIN CAPITAL LETTER T WITH
CEDILLA
- [þ] U+0163 ţ LATIN SMALL LETTER T WITH
CEDILLA
- and other characters which are used in romanian
language only.
I think around 90% of peoples which use the computer
don't use this characters, they use S,s,T,t, etc
instead of romanian characters.
