More: + for users >= tech, would better (as irm does) to have the possibility to write down at least one followup inserting a request. It is common to me that people call for something (eg, the computer complain about network problem) and i ask them to check the network cable&reboot before inserting the real call. So, normally in irm i'was used to insert the call to the problem field, and on the followup field something like ``asked to the user to check the network cable, with no luck''. PS: say me if i have to put these on gna as feature request, i'm posting here because i'm not perfectly sure i'm using right and i've full understood glpi. ;) -- dott.
