Hem, no, tipically a normal user post a intervention request, a
technician do/solve this... hem, ... now i've seen that there's no more
a technician type, could be that what i men for technician are normal
and normal post-only?
I think that there's some confusion on this... could you clarify? ;)))

An automated followup row are:
2005-03-29 17:15:32 glpi 2005-03-29 17:15:32: Attribution de
l'intervention: -> gaio (glpi)
``2005-03-29 17:15:32: '' on followup description are really a dupe,
and also the user that do the request (on ()) because they are
information available on date (first) and author (second) columns.
Better and simpler like:
2005-03-29 17:15:32 glpi Attribution de l'intervention: -> gaio

...i need to migrate from irm, as you know, so at least the irm
statuses:
new (just inserted)
old (i use this for ``solved with no intervention'')
complete (solved with intervention)
wait (waiting for some spare part, or external
technician, ... this is very usefoul!)
assigned
active (task currently on work, i don't use too much)
Many thanks.
