Bon jour.  Pardonnez-moi que j'ecris anglais.  Il et tres mellieux que ma
Francais :(

We are testing using GLPI as a Help Desk solution to manage our multiple
clients and have been impressed so far although we would like to perhaps
sponsor improved multi-client support. But that is another topic.

Our expertise is in telecommunications expense management for large (Fortune
1000) enterprises.  We are a consulting and services firm and not a software
development company.  We commissioned a small development project to build a
web based TEM application to handle our smaller clients.  The database
execution was good but the web front end was abyssmal.  We were thinking about
releasing the code as an open source project on SourceForge to further develop
it.  As far as we can see, there is no competing open source project.

As we started evaluating GLPI for Help Desk, we saw that it already does 20% to
30% of what we need for TEM and integration with contract management, asset
management and Help Desk would be very nice.  We would rather not spawn yet
another open source project.  We already sponsor the ISCS network security
project (http://iscs.sourceforge.net).

Would GLPI be interested in developing this project with us as part of GLPI? We
would contribute the existing code base, our expertise as end users, our
testing facilities, our client base as potential users and a small development
budget.  We do not have any developer resources to contribute.  GLPI would take
responsibility for maintaining the code and integrating it into GLPI.

It is a natural fit and there is no other open source project doing TEM.  Are
you interested? Thanks - John
