Hi,
I have seen a potential with the migration to new tabs : line 152 of
inc/common.function.php
As we don't include the "/plugins/" path in the test, it seems that no
plugin will load correctly its tabs unless it migrates straightly to new
tabs system.
Is it normal ?

PS : this evolution of the management of the plugins is smarter than
previous version !
