Nom du technicien : Nombre de ticket reçu : Nombre de ticket fermé : Nombre de ticket non fermé : Statut ticket ; Date ; Dernière modification ; Demandeur ; Attribué ; Titre ; comment ; Nb : et mettre linformation des tickets non fermé dans un tableau comme ci-dessus !!!!!!!!
