Hey all, Just a question about feature requests..
I often use the Create a problem from this ticket<http://glpi.cloudportal.org/front/problem.form.php?tickets_id=1> feature and find it works very well. I'm wondering if anyone has proposed this feature in reverse? Create a ticket from this problem. I believe this feature would save allot of time by cloning details from a problem and using them to create a new ticket. The new ticket once created would be linked to the problem.
