I) it is all the members of the manager group except the
managers of the group. A group may be manager of a
project and a user may be manager of a group. Think it is
clear now but the strings are not.
II/III/IV ) It is the manager (the users) of the manager,
requester or technician group.
May be change : manager of requester group / manager of
technician group
