Can you choose 'Save this file' and then open the saved file ? Does it
work fine ?

You should also test without SSL encryption... Maybe Mozilla downloads a
copy of the file and then opens the copied file, although IE tries to
pass the URL directly to the application, which may cause the bug...

Personnaly, I don't think GLPI is the cause of the problem, but it is
more probably related to SSL encrypted URL handling in Windows
(untrusted certificate problems, for example)...
