Hi Guys

I have setup a few users all belonging to different entities.  When the mail 
receiver retrieves email via a common mailbox for all ticket requests, it seems 
to automatically log the tickets into the Root Entity.  Is there anyway that i 
can change this so that i create a rule based on a user and the ticket gets 
associated with the Entity for which the sender corresponds to.

is this by anyways possible ?
