1) I don't know, plugin maintainer have the information :
plugin catalog say no :
http://plugins.glpi-project.org/spip.php?article134 (only 0.78)
and forge say no : https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/mobile/files
(but a 0.80 version is available)
2) the GLPI core do not support watermark and I do not know if a plugin
permit it.
