Hi! I'm using glpi 0,83 but I have a problem with the total news tickets in the global view. When I create a new ticket the total increases the total amount but if I delete the ticket always show the same quantity, not update. For example:
Total Ticket: 16 I create a new ticket. Total Ticket: 17 If I delete a ticket: New Total Titcket: 17 Thanks in advanced.
