Hi,
When entering KB, the private, or non public entries, used to appear
in the relevant sections, with 0.84, they no longer do.
You have to click on "manage" to see them all unsorted, the list
indicates the section they should be in, but are not in that section
for even the author.
Hi,
Private entries (unpublished articles that only the author could see)
are not present in the relevant sections to have a real idea of the
published KB to the users.
You could managed them using manage tab. This system have been setup
because lots of users say request it.
Lots of users say that unpublished articles must not be present in
the KB to have a real idea of the KB.
So for me it is not a bug.
OK, then since you have changed the default now which we have been
used to for many years, could we please have an option to include them
in the KB, like previously, since saved articles not marked as public
did not show to the public anyway, it makes for a bit of a mess, since
we only have half a dozen public entries and over 150 not public
(various configs etc) entries, I'm sure I'm not alone on this.
A quick solution is to set a target to : only my user for these articles
