Hello. I decided to find out when happened this situation. Started to test different versions of GLPI and GenericObjects plugin.
In one of my tests i decided to check "Behaviour" group of parameters at "Main" tab at configuration page of plugin. When i changed "Use Global search" parameter, I get my situation: some mandatory fields was added, which can not be deleted, until disable "Use Global search" parameter. I tested it on different versions of GLPI ang plugin - same behavior. So - this question is resolved, plugin works correctly.
