Hello Henrique,

Are you speaking about Ticket statuses, or about Items (Computers, Networks, …) 
statuses?
If you are speaking about Ticket statuses: then no way to add a new one, ticket 
statuses are hardcoded into source files. Mainly due to ticket status workflow 
that you can defined in the Profile settings. (Could it be redefined via a 
plugin? I don’t know: question is open☺).
For Items, you may follow the explanation from Andres: we are using these Item 
statuses a lot.

Hello Henrique, I think that what you're looking for it's in Setup -> Dropdowns 
-> Statuses of Items ( Configurar -> Listas Suspensas -> Status de Itens).
