[GLPI 0.85.5] I've defined some request profile for users profile, and if user logon with their credentials can create request with correct default value.
But if someone use the email gateway, request get priority and impact 'medium', not the predefined low. How can i set/force impact and priority for request caming from email gateway? Thanks. -- dott.
