Sorry for delay in response.
Problem was resolved. It was in incorrect values in
`glpi_logs`.`itemtype_link`.
In my case there was '0' values, but should be empty ''.
Maybe some error during upgrade...
Anyway simple SQL query to change '0' to '' - and history back.
Many thanks to Alexandre Delaunay in resolving this.

I tried migration from CustomFields to Fields.
It is not worked for me. I digged a little. Results posted as comment to
Issue 81 in CustomFields on github

Hello.
I upgraded to GLPI 0.85.5.
Installed and upgraded plugins - customfields and simcards.
installation finished without errors.
When I open asset with enabled and filled customfields - i can not see
history.
All other assets shows history fine.
I have "Security die. trying to load an forbidden class name" on top of
history headers table.
I have no messages in logs (GLPI and Apache).
I see history elements count number. History records added when I edit
assets. I can see it in "glpi_logs" table.
How can i fix error and resore dispalying assets history?
