I will tell you guys how I found the paper. It's a 38 page paper and has a lot of data about the Ercoupe rocket experiment. I was on Ebay looking for Ercoupe kits, and saw the Lindberg Ercoupe plastic kit. Sometimes stuff on ebay says "rare", etc but I have found that if I go go Google and search on it I find that the item isnt so rare and can be bought much cheaper elsewhere. So...... go to Google.com and type in Lindberg Ercoupe. On the first page of returns, the seventh item down from the top is entitled <http://www.olats.org/pionniers/malina/aeronautique/memoir2.shtml> NASA CONFERENCE PUBLICATION 2014 ESSAYS ON THE HISTORY ... .
