I have this STC installed in my 415D. Checking the STC certificate itself, it does indeed apply only to the 415D model. Further, looking at drawing TAS 415-1, a specific location for the fuel pump is given with no alternate location. As Harry mentioned, the AD pertains to the mechanical fuel pump.
