Good afternoon all, I need to cut out a couple of aditional holes in my wing to comply with a prior AD. I have tried power cutters in my drill press at home, both the saw type and the blade type but there is no way I am going to let one of these near the underside of my wing. The greenlea cutters are too expensive and I can't get them in the place I need to cut anyway. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can cut a nice clean hole 3 to 4 inches in diameter ( I haven't looked at the exact size yet) in the surface aluminum under my wing? I am asking you folks because you have all been there and know what works.
