Hey Dennis!   Since the cowling holes seem to be worn out, you may want to
consider the repair piece from Skyport. Lee sells a piece that already has
the dzus mounted. You just have to rivet the piece in place, it is about 5
inches wide and replaces all four bottom dzus on the side cowl. If your
problem is the dzus on the front cowling, you will have to make and rivet
patches behind the worn out holes. 
I have machined a tool out of a bolt that works fine to set the new
retainers. However, there is a washer and spring retainer that you can use
that does not require the tool, as long as the hole is not completely worn
out. I have used both methods, and either will work fine.
