Hi Tom, Congrats on your checkride!! I know what a thrill it is. I redid my coupe with a new Alon style panel from Lee and took my checkride in the Coupe. You can get it all in, but it does take planning. Let me know if I can help you. By the way, the Coupe handles great in the clouds. Very stable going through the wet and nastiness and easy to keep your scan concentrated on the instruments.
