To all I recently did a major overhaul on my Alon A2A and with the wings off, seats out and floors removed it is perfectly easy to inspect the interior of the stub wings, spars etc. I thought the 30 holes now cut into the outer wing panels were too much, now this, ridiculous, an inspection of one wing at an annual, then the other wing at the next annual should suffice as I presume seats and floors will be removed at each annual. A borescope inspection should find any corrosion and even the old movable mirror and torch is sufficient used carefully in this region. What next?
