I have seen it too. I think it is just air that gets trapped in the gauge. Especially since the original lens is convex. Mine got broken and I fabricated a new one of flat plex and the bubbles escape quickly after I fill it. Dick in NM. > tank. Has any one seen this? What does it mean?
