Chris, I have a 1965 Alon and I am located in Springfield, Missouri. I am "planning" to go to Gainesville, Tx this Sat for their fly-in. You should drive up there and see a variety of airplane types. Look for my white with blue strip coupe. To see some coupes up close go to Terrell, Texas airport just East of Dallas. They often have one or two being worked on. Maybe even one for sale.
