Don't know what tiedowns cost at 3B9, but Ts are $230/month. They're good Ts, with electric bifolds, good lighting, and phone jacks. Not sure what the current waiting list is, but it's usually around 2 years. They airport is owned by Whelen, so it's pretty well-heeled.
