T-hangar costs at Lawrenceville, Ga's (LZU) Briscoe Field, 20 mins north of Atlanta are $275/month. Don't know about tie downs or landing fees. Closer to my house, DeKalb Peachtree Airport (PDK) has public t-hangars leased for about the same $275 but has an 8-year waiting list. I've been on it for over 2-years now, so we'll see!
