My friend Joel is an A&P for Lancair Certified and is
responsible for doing all the dynamic vibration
adjustments on the new planes. Lancair just laid off
everybody (he's still on but nothing permanent) so he
of course is needing some work.

Tonight he did my plane and oh boy, what a
difference!!!! I went from a .35 on the scale to a
.025 which is just about in the bullseye (they graph
the vibraton on a chart that looks like a target). My
baby is SSSMMMOOOTTTHHH now!!!!

The good news is that Joel is willing to do planes for
a *very* reasonable price (I think between $50 and
$100) if any of you are interested. If you can get a
group together he will fly to where you're at (he
LOVES to fly his Rans S-7 and does so ALL the time).

Based on my experience you really shouldn't pass this
up (locally this costs over $250 to get done!) It
really is amazing how much it smooths things out which
of course makes your plane last much longer, is safer,
and reduces pilot fatigue due to vibration.

He also is willing to go to most NW (N. California, N.
Nevada, ID, W. Mt, etc) airshows/fly-ins if he can get
a commitment from a couple folks that will be at the
fly-in so he knows he can make the trip worth his
while.

Give me a call or email if you want some more info.

Joa
