When I had 73H apart I incorporated Fornair SB 105 which adds sealing to the heater flapper valve. I added some High Temperature industrial gasket material to the dish seal F-40251 to provide a bit more effective seal. Prior to this installation I always removed the heater duct SCAT tubing and capped off the openings in Summer. Not this year. <G> I have found this to be a simple and very worthwhile modification.
