*Ercoupe Service Letter No. 3, gives Cruise Control Tables:

Under C and CD ( 75 hp); Maximum range: sea level
15 mph tailwing        75 mph  1775 rpm     3.3 gal/hr          28.1 mpg
No wind               80         1825            3.4              23.5
@ at 5000 ft, requires a little more rpm  +25 at 75 mph, and +100 at 80
mph

Under G (86 hp), Maximum range: sea level

15 mph tailwind        75mph   1825           3.2               28.1
no wind               80         1875           3.4               23.5 
@ 5000ft., requires a little more rpm: +25 at 1825; and +100 at 1875.....


Interesting figures and one would expect as these are factory numbers at
gross weight, one would not expect overheatiung to occur. 

Note at bottom: "These tables may be trimmed and pasted in the FAA
approved Airplane flight manual."
