On my reply yesterday I said 65-70 on landing, That is what my Dad always
used, We like 70-75 and than flare about 15 ft. and bring it to a full
stall landing(barley feel the rear mains touch),  Of course when landing
on my strip 1500 ft at 4400 ft elev. we bring her back to 65 at about 100
ft and than flare for a full stall landing. It also depends on the
accuracy of your speed-o-meter.  Jim P

i have had 5 airplanes during my life time a j-3 two taylaecrafts one tri
pacer and i must say i enjoyed  the 58 forney f-1 the most it had peddles
i could land it and not touch the yoke or i used to like to fly it in at
about 95 under power i enjoy your messages as it brings back a lot of fond
memmories
