Probably not, Jeff.  Just not enough visibility to all areas.  The bigger
exfoliation-on-the-caps will show up when it is to extensive to be safe.
Otherwise, you should uncover the wings every ten years or so, like I
did in 2001.

Not very.  It's kinda a binary variable in that if you do not have it, 
you're not
going to get it.

But maybe not.  Example:  Rats in one wing due to not lapping the fabric
over the end.  Obviously, their piddle has rotted the one spar out and
most
of the ribs, but they could not get into the other wing.

In turn.  Remove and install wings should be no more than a day, but takes
two persons.  Floor boards in and out are another day with a real adgile 
person.
Again, an adgile person is needed.  Some can see enough with just the
wings
removed.

It is always better to treat before hand rather than correct later.
