Great idea!

:-) Would it help to require all the pilots with airplanes in the
"agricultural storage buildings" to sign a contract saying they use their
aircraft for agricultural purposes?

You could have them turn in copies of their logs showing time they've
spent searching crop fields for stray cattle and surveying crop fields for
marijuana contamination. :-)

Other farm machinery may only be used for a few hours a year. Why should
Coupes by any different?

Mr. Anonymous, Put up the T-hangars, call them agricultural storage
buildings. You can not be stopped because of the "Right to Farm Act"
passed about five years ago. Your activities can't be interfered with or
encroached upon by re-zoning either. You do need to establish a viable
farm though. Get a couple of goats and put them under fence somewhere on
the property More ways to skin a cat than just one.
