We should fix it by undoing what daemon-refactoring did, that broke the lazy

of uuid for a node. Fixing it elsewhere is just masking the real cause.
Meanwhile 'rm' is the stop gap arrangement.
In rebalance we are creating necessary files before start the daemon ,
but other daemons which are using svc framework are creating the files
during glusterd init(UUID used to create the socket file) , better to
create necessary files during daemons start in svc framework also.
