Dale, an nfs-rexport related fix got checked in today, do you still face issue? also please report with the backtrace from gdb which makes it very easy to fix issues. I just tested dbench to work fine over an nfs-rexport.

NFS over glusterfs seems to work when the nfs server is 2.6.15 (2.6.15-28-server from ubuntu dapper) or 2.6.17 (custom on dapper). I was able to completely crash the client tho with bonnie++ over nfs, whereas doing same thing on same client but mounted to our live 2.6.20 (not using fuse/glusterfs) it doesnt crash.
