Hans,
AFR logic is completely where the AFR translator is loaded. It is possible
to have the 'mirroring code' work either on client side or server side
depending on where you load the AFR translator. The AFR translator writes to
all the copies in realtime (no lazy replication).

2007/7/19, Hans Einar Gautun <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

Hi all,

A question about AFR:

Case: Using AFR for clean mirroring between 2 bricks (of same size of
course..) on 2 different servers

Question: Will the file a client write to disc travel from the client to
both servers at the same time, or will one of the servers talk with the
client, get the file and then send a copy to the other server(with the
replica brick)?

Thanks,
