Dear All, after some little test with Xen, thanks to some user suggestions, problem to load image file in loopback is possible with "-d disable" option during mount at glusterfs client....
...appear thath GlusterFs is not able to support aio. O.K., without this option is not possible store Xen images in GlusterFs San.... Well, is possible planned aio support?
