This release is done by reverting commit
7d0397c2144810c8a396e00187a6617873c94002 as replace-brick and quota were
not functioning with that commit. Hence the tag for this qa release
would not be available in github. If you are interested in creating an
equivalent of this qa release from git, it would be
c4dadc74fd1d1188f123eae7f2b6d6f5232e2a0f - commit
7d0397c2144810c8a396e00187a6617873c94002.
