Hello Everyone, Gerrit has an exciting news for all of us! The latest version of gerrit-2.12.2 includes a fix for a remote code execution exploit see this at [1];
Current gerrit version which we use is 2.9.4, on a comment at a code line (say for a typo or a white space or correcting log msg), current gerrit version shows two options 'Reply' and 'Done'. With gerrit-2.12.2 it introduces a new option 'Fix' which allows us to fix minor changes in the gerrit editor and post directly from GUI. I feel this will help all of us to address the minor comments faster and unstuck the patches. Please find the attached images to visualize this better. So when are we upgrading to gerrit-2.12.2 ?
