Description of problem: I have created rust bindings for Gluster under the
repo: https://github.com/cholcombe973/Gfapi-sys. I'd like to have the repo
transferred to under the gluster github namespace. I'd be happy to maintain
the repo going forward, review PR's, create better docs etc.
