Description of problem:
We have added a new feature in ec "stripe-cache"
This comes with an option to enable or disable it.
However, by default this option is OFF.
Hence the other regression test does not test the code path of this feature.
We need to run ec test cases while this option is enabled so that we can find
the issue in this feature.
I have sent a patch which will change his option to ON.
