Depending on what translators you require and your specific 
application rc1 is production quality.
My guess is that they're just hammering out some of the obscure bugs 
related to some edge cases.  This sort of thing can be quite time 
consuming, and it's better to work through them than to just release 
and fix later.

But, if your particular application isn't effected (i.e. if it works 
in your situation) then there's no need to wait for the official 
release to deploy.
