Naturally this indicates a Fuse problem, which makes sense, since CentOS
5.2 doesn't ship with Fuse. So i went ahead and installed, well, more
or less everything - yet the error persists. See below :
I really, really shouldn't have posted that before coffee.
The problem was that i was booting the wrong kernel via grub.
